🎯 Core Role: Fueling the Luxury Equipment Market
You will spearhead the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies (Online/Offline) to maximize our unique competitive edge and boost high-end equipment sales to our core target audience: VIP Clients, Government Officials, and Golf Courses.
* Develop engaging content (video, social media) emphasizing our superior technology.
* Leverage our Showroom and Elite Sales Records for trust-based marketing campaigns.
* Key Responsibilities :
The new Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing plans to maximize our unique competitive edge and drive the sales of our premium equipment to our target demographic.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement integrated online/offline marketing strategies targeting key clients (government officials, VIPs, golf courses, etc.) in the Cambodian market.
* Brand & Product Promotion: Plan and manage the creation of content (video, social media, print) highlighting the superiority of our golf simulator technology (Korean-made, Trackman, etc.).
* Showroom & Portfolio Marketing: Maximize the effectiveness of the showroom and utilize the high-profile installation portfolio (Ministry of Interior, Deputy PM) to build trust-based promotional campaigns.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis and emphasize the strengths of our ‘one-stop solution’ (Sales-Construction-Maintenance) against competitors.

* 展示厅及业绩联动营销: 提升高尔夫模拟器展示厅的使用率,并利用已有的高层客户安装业绩(内政部、副总理等)开展以信任为基础的推广活动。
* 市场分析与优势强化: 分析柬埔寨高尔夫市场趋势,强调公司“一站式解决方案”(销售-施工-维护)相对于竞争对手的独特优势。
