Daily Key Tasks
• Ensure event staff are briefed and ready for daily event operations.
• Monitor ongoing events for smooth execution.
• Handle immediate issues or adjustments on-site.
• Check that all materials and equipment are in place.
• Communicate updates and urgent issues to Event Manager.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with instructions.
• Ensure customer or participant satisfaction during events.
• Track daily event progress against plan.
• Report problems or feedback to Event Manager.
• Coordinate logistics, transport, or setup as needed.
Weekly Key Tasks
• Assist Event Manager in preparing for weekly events or activations.
• Conduct pre-event checks and rehearsal sessions with staff.
• Track staff attendance, discipline, and performance during events.
• Ensure proper setup and teardown of events.
• Provide weekly updates to Event Manager regarding challenges, risks, and improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Check event budgets and daily expenditures.
• Collect feedback from participants and team for improvements.
• Maintain equipment and inventory for events.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs during all weekly events.
Monthly Key Tasks
• Evaluate monthly staff performance during events with Event Manager.
• Support monthly event planning and scheduling.
• Review monthly event execution quality and suggest improvements.
• Ensure equipment and materials inventory is complete and functional.
• Track monthly budget utilization for events.
• Provide input for monthly event reports to GM.
• Assist in staff training and onboarding for event roles.
• Update and improve checklists and SOPs for smoother operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated campaigns.
