Job Description
Event marketing executive will support the team on all marketing activity with particular emphasis event production and on trend marketing activities. He / She will work closely on marketing projects for the benefit of Mazda Cambodia. She / He will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to customers’ requirements and satisfaction. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in Mazda and its services in ways` that strengthen our reputation and facilitate continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
o Working with the marketing team to achieve the marketing objectives by
contributing new ideas and helping marketing activities.
o Event research, planning, development, implementation on time and on budget
o Event follow up, debrief and analysis, and coordination to relevant dept.
o Generate and nurture new event leads and manage them within the CRM database
o Project management of each event to ensure it is planned and executed well
o Connect with quality supplier connections and apply good cost management
o Contribute to budget planning, monitoring ongoing (and final) spend and delivering the best possible ROI for events
o Lead preparation and conduct roadshows, activation and launching events
o Demonstrate ability to market our products to target clients and achieve leads and revenue.
o Conduct competitor research, customer feedback & survey.
o Propose creative insights, event concept, themes, decorations and programs.
o Organize marketing materials from start to finish.
o Monitor activity progress through weekly / monthly progress report.
o Produce newsletter for upcoming / done activities or events.
o Provide a helping hand to other members of staff in performing assigned duties; to improve overall team performance whenever necessary.

Job Requirements
o Successfully managed and held roadshows and promotion events. (min total of 7)
o Well executed event strategic plans and able to increase marketing channels and sales (ROI)
o Achievement on event research, market surveys, and customer feedbacks
o Achievement on project completion according to budget and timeline.
o Achieves target leads and provides development report (action plan)
