Job Description
– Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
– Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
– Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
– Assist in attendance tracking, leave records, and timesheets
– Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and OT data
– Help communicate HR policies, procedures, and announcements to staff
– Assist in organizing staff training and company activities
– Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, document control, and data entry
– Support office administration including stationery and office supplies management
– Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
– Support internal correspondence (letters, memos, announcements)
