Job Description

Job Objectives:
Category Executive is the development and execution of category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share for a specific group of products or services and manage customers insight and market intelligence including products, pricing and competitors’ movements and related industrial market information and activities.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the sales team to gather up-to-date market insights and pricing, campaign & promotional information from key competitors.
• Regularly update pricing comparisons and inform relevant stakeholders.
• Research and analysis on new products, industrial trends and local market information.
• Collecting all related Marketing’s campaigns & activities review and feedback from related stakeholders including from internal staffs and customers.
• Analyzing sales data, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Generating reports and providing insights to the Category Manager to inform strategic decisions.
• Contributing to decisions regarding product assortment, ensuring the right products are available at the right time.
• Monitoring inventory levels and working with supply chain teams to optimize stock and minimize out-of-stocks or overstocks.
• Keys communicate to Branch manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or Marketing or a related area.
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing
• Knowledge of market research
• Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer. Good communication in Chinese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible travel.
