Job Description
• Supervise and manage the activities of work crews engaged in erecting structural steel buildings according to the company’s erection guidelines.
• Plan and schedule project activities, resources, and equipment, and monitor project progress and performance.
• Evaluate and select qualified subcontractors for erection work, and provide them with the necessary documents, instructions, and supervision.
• Communicate and coordinate with the sales department to handle any site problems, claims, or variation orders from the customers.
• Communicate and coordinate with the technical department to provide site technical services and support before and during erection.
• Communicate and coordinate with the financial department to is-sue site progress reports and payment progress claims according to the contract terms.
• Conduct regular meetings with the internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Obtain minutes of acceptance from the customers upon project completion and follow up with any feedback or issues.
• Obtain clear and meaningful photos of the project during erec-tion and after completion and send them to the marketing de-partment for promotion purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and le-gal standards, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, civil engineering or architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience of at least one year in a sales position, in the construction business, is a plus.
• Good Written and speaking in English, ability to communication in Chinese is a plus.
• Be able to drive a car and ability to work in up country on occasionally.
• Passion to work as a salesperson.
• Good negotiation and presentation skills are required.

Competencies (Technical & Soft Skill)
• Complete vocational construction training and practice and/or degree in construction engineering is a plus.
• ability to communication in Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in the construction business, is a plus.
