Site Supervisor – ISI Building Solutions
Job Description
• Oversee and monitor day-to-day site operations and contractor activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Supervise land grading, infrastructure, utility works, and construction of plants (WTP, WWTP, substation).
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Enforce site safety rules and conduct toolbox talks when necessary.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site workers to maintain progress.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Assist in resolving site issues and discrepancies with consultants.
• Maintain daily site records, including work logs, manpower, and equipment use.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Support with inspection and testing documentation.
• Monitor delivery and proper use of construction materials and equipment on-site.
• Ensure storage and handling comply with standards.
• Assist in preparation for inspections with consultants, clients, or government bodies.
• Ensure works comply with environmental and building regulations.
Job Requirements
• Technical diploma or certificate in civil engineering, construction, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, standards, and methods.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and quality control practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and produce clear reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to be based at or frequently travel to remote project sites.
• Valid driver’s license
