Job Description
A. Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Check and ensure the quality of raw materials and
finished meat products.
• Monitor hygiene and safety in the production line.
• Record and report any quality issues to the Production
or QC Supervisor.
• Assist in daily product inspection (temperature,
weight, labeling, packaging, etc.).
• Support the team in maintaining food safety standards
such as GMP and HACCP.
• Work closely with production staff to maintain good
product quality and cleanliness.
