Guest Experience/Tour (Work at Phnom Penh)
Job Description
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hostel
• plan and execute a variety of in-house events, manage online and phone reservations
• support Food & Beverage sales by ensuring daily happy hours, specials, and other promotions are communicated to our guests
• ensuring they are engaging and fun to provide great experiences for our guests as part of their guest journey.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Support the sales and experience delivery of Travel & Tours.
• Guest Experience should not be fundamental to the delivery of Mad Monkey tour products, but should be strategically available to support the Travel & Tour teams to elevate the Guest Experience during tours.
Job Requirements
• Good communication in English
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• know about the guest service role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Salary: $300 - $350
