Job Description
• Organize and maintain support documents and loan files.
• Coordinate with the team working on the field using GPS technology to track their locations, monitor their progress, and help give the technical assistance as needed.
• Compile data and prepare collection reports, ensuring that they are complete and informative.
• Maintain and update databases and systems related to the collection department, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operation department, and Finance, to obtain necessary information and documentation for the collection process.
• Support in repossession activities and reselling the repossessed units.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints related to collection activities in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a collection or financial services department.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Know how to handle GPS and other supporting technical/technological support.
• Strong facilitation skill, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of collection techniques and principles, including legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
