Job Description
• Coordinate and support vendors during the setup, customization, and launch of business applications and websites.
• Provide ongoing application and website technical support during post-launch operations, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
• Oversee and maintain general IT infrastructure, including local networks, workstation configuration, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user access management.
• Monitor application and website performance, proactively address potential issues, and implement improvements as needed.
• Assist with system upgrades, security enhancements, and regular IT maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, application settings, and infrastructure changes.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in application setup, website deployment, and IT infrastructure support, preferably within fintech, financial institution, or web-centric business environments.
• Proven experience working with external vendors for application or website setup and integration.
• Solid background in network administration, workstation setup, and IT troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and IT compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
