Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Perform sales duties and assist on overall sales tasks.
• Responsible on supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Lead and train team member to work effectively and functionally.
• Develop and execute sales strategy.
• Distribute leaflet and join promotion / event.
• Response to do market property survey/research and analyze in sales strategy.
• Conduct team meetings to increase individual and team success.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Handle house checking with customer and related department to process handover task.
• Other tasks as assigned by Sales Manager and Deputy Sale Manager.
