Job Description

Key Point:
-Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts: supplier/vendor contracts, service agreements, employment contracts, lease/warehouse contracts, NDAs, etc.
-Conducting legal research / staying updated on relevant laws/regulations (corporate law, labor law, regulations related to logistics, transport, import/export, etc.), and giving advice/updates to management or relevant departments
-Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies — helping the company operate legally and avoid legal risks or penalties.
-Maintaining and organizing legal records and documentation — keeping track of contracts, permits, licenses, compliance files, registration documents, etc.
-Helping coordinate with external entities if needed (lawyers, regulatory agencies, government authorities) — especially for licensing, permits, or regulatory compliance issues relevant to logistics.
-Providing legal support across departments: collaborating with operations, procurement, HR, finance, etc. when contracts, employment or regulatory issues arise.
