Job Description of Growth Manager
The Growth Manager (or Business Development Manager) is responsible for driving local business growth by developing high-impact partnerships with corporate clients, supporting user and driver growth initiatives, and identifying new market and revenue opportunities.
This role works closely with the Head of Business to design and execute tactical growth strategies, while collaborating with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and effective implementation. The Growth Manager also conducts market analysis to uncover untapped segments and translates insights into actionable plans with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships & B2B Growth
– Develop and manage high-impact partnerships with corporate clients and strategic entities.
– Drive the acquisition of new accounts using TADA’s Corporate Transportation Service.
– Coordinate with regional teams to align on and scale strategic partnership initiatives.
2. Growth Strategy & Execution
– Support the Head of Business in crafting and implementing tactical strategies to drive growth.
– Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to improve acquisition, retention, and overall platform engagement.
– Facilitate execution of cross-functional initiatives with a focus on sustainable growth.
3. Market Analysis & Revenue Opportunities
– Identify untapped market segments, new revenue streams, and business expansion opportunities.
– Conduct data-driven analysis to generate actionable insights.
– Develop and propose clear, measurable action plans to capture opportunities efficiently.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or growth roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with the mobility, transportation, or tech industry is an advantage.Key Competencies:
