Job Description

Answer calls, emails, and web chat inquiries from customers.
Deal with customer inquiries and complaints.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Troubleshooting common issues with service.
Working with a team and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
Other tasks as assigned by line Supervisor

Job Requirements

- Age 18-30 years old
- Degree of Business Administration/ Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- At least 01 working experience in customer service role or equivalent
- Strong team work
- Friendly and service minded
- Computer skills (word, Excel, Email...)
