Job Description
Duty on local testing/proceeding usability test and monitoring
Identify the bug issue and report it to the product team
Initiate and implement planned projects in the product roadmap
Initiate product improvement/new requirements based on the user’s experience
Review and monitor internal product processes + project flows
Monitoring any manual work from the operation team and finding solutions that the system can handle by itself
Work closely with the operation and customer service departments to ensure requirements are acceptable and there is no risk.
Manage and monitor post-lunched product testing.
To ensure all processes and product implementation runs smoothly.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident and dynamic personality.
- Advanced knowledge of English proficiency in both speaking and writing skills
