Job Description
– Manage **end-to-end communication** with project partners including funders, freelancers, vendors, and collaborators
– Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with all stakeholders
– Track project budgets and funding allocations with funders
– Schedule and attend meetings with partners, taking notes and following up on action items
– Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, contracts, and communications
– Resolve coordination issues and escalate critical matters to the Growth & Marketing Manager
## **Content & Push Notification Support**
– Assist with **social media content** creation and scheduling when needed
– Support **push notification** drafting and deployment for rider and driver audiences
– Collaborate with the Digital Content Coordinator on campaign execution
– Provide backup support for content operations during peak periods
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with professionalism in partner interactions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred
- Previous internship or experience in project coordination, marketing, or communications
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools
- Basic understanding of budget tracking or fund management
- Experience working with freelancers or external vendors
