Job Description
– Assist in developing and executing user and driver acquisition strategies.
– Plan and implement local marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, bookings, and driver sign-ups.
– Support the onboarding and training of new drivers, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform.
– Assist with driver engagement programs to improve driver retention and satisfaction.
– Respond to rider and driver inquiries, addressing issues to ensure smooth ride-hailing experiences.
– Collaborate with drivers to gather feedback and suggest improvements to service quality.
– Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient rider-driver matching and ride completions.
– Coordinate with the operations team to manage fleet availability, reduce downtime, and enhance ride coverage in key areas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, growth, or a related field, preferably in the ride-hailing or transportation industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle dynamic work environments.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, with basic in English and the local language (optional).
- Experience in driver/rider management or customer service.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational issues effectively.
- Adaptability to the fast-paced nature of the ride-hailing industry.
