Job Description

• Budgeting & Forecasting:
– Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting in alignment with business goals.
– Monitor and review actual costs against budgets and standards.
•Financial Reporting:
– Handling month-end and year-end closing.
– Assist in preparing monthly financial reports in a timely manner.
– Handling and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
-Analyze costs of materials, processes and labor to determine opportunities and methods for reduction of production and inventory costs.
•Business Partnering:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide financial advice and support.
– Control day-to-day production to ensure optimum performance and productivity, provide suggestions and support to personnel, and to resolve any issues that may happen.
•Cost Accounting:
– Oversee and analyze product costing, ensure that all cost and expenses are recorded accurately, including cost allocation, and support the manufacturing team in identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
– Performs regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory balances with GL.
– Develop and/or update accounting and operational process and procedures documentation around the inventory management and costing processes.
•Variance Analysis:
-Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, providing explanations and recommendations.
•Tax:
-Manage and Planning tax payment correctly and on time.
-Ensure all regulations and tax required by law and regulations are met in term of accounting standards, QIP requirements, import-export ,
•General:
– Manage petty cash and overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
– Handling control process related to financial to ensure effectiveness of approval according to authority manual
– Handling the compliance process regarding to regulatory such as excise department or custom department, QIP requirements
– Coordination with accounting and treasury team regarding to capital expenditure and inventory management payment.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Pursuing ACCA or CPA is a plus).
• Experience: 3-5 years in finance, cost accounting, general accounting, financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or similar roles.
• Skills: Strong Ms. Excel & Power Point Skills, ROI Analysis, feasibility study, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
• ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is preferred.
• Language Skill: Good Command of Khmer and English.
