Job Description
1. To make non-conformity report and follow up action to close with effectiveness result, Training SOP of NC and CPA to related function.
2. Feedback report to customer complaints by engage with quality team to finding root cause, doing CAPA.
3. To Conduct traceability and recall system
4. Engage and lead team in new products developments projects (trial, testing, experiment, new production line, research and develop on product quality) in order to meet customer requirements/company expectation
5. To Conduct calibration and verification (QAM and in Process control) as plan with yearly monitoring results /Quality. Collect and keep certificated of calibration/verification from third-parties (external documents)
6. Establish/Set clear specification, standard procedure and technical standard of noodle packing to meet standard process and quality control required.
7. HACCP: Verify CCPs with results monitoring and evaluation, Allergen control.
8. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Bio-Industry, Agro-Industry or related fields
2. Experiences:
o At least 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC or related fields
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Good command of Ms Office (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
o Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP…etc
