IT Business Partner
Job Description
Job Summary
• The overall role of IT Business Partner is to be the strategic interface between ICT and the other business units within One More Limited related to business technology development, business requirement analysis and their respective IT solutions, ICT service management, and ICT risk management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with Manager, ICT, to monitor the progress of ICT Projects
2. Understand the pain points of related functions and business units, requirements and expectations as these relate to technology and ICT service offerings
3. Perform business analysis and translate business requirement to ICT requirement to ensure the developed solution fully support business operation
4. Identify, review and evaluate the opportunities for new solutions to address business needs
5. Utilize the appropriate technologies to ensure that the solutions are suitable to the business requirement
6. Collaborate with the other ICT sub-function such as ERP, Application Development, and IT Infrastructure to ensure that IT solutions are compatible with the company standard
7. Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets for ICT for respective business units
8. Document all IT project requirements to ensure IT project continuity
9. Other tasks assigned by function manager

2. Experience in handling IT Project within short timeframe
3. Require strong interpersonal skills to deal with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projects
4. Be able to adapt to the rapid changes of technology and utilize latest technology to support business operation
Job Requirements
1. Education:
o Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Information Technology or Business-related field
2. Experiences:
o 3-5 years of experience in IT field with at least 2 years of experience related to IT System Analysis
o Proven experience in IT Project Management
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Knowledge in Agile Project Management, DevOps, CI/CD, Scrums
o Knowledge in Business Process and System Analysis Design Skills
o Good knowledge and experience on Java (Spring boot, Spring Cloud, JPA), Database (SQL Server, MySQL, PostGre)
o In-dept knowledge on Flutter, React Native, React JS, Typescript, and UI Toolkits
o Proven ability to drive, develop, and document projects requirement to ensure that the IT projects are able to support business strategies
o Strong business acumen including a good sense of how the automation of different business processes and B.I. tools can be utilized to improve business efficiency and the bottom line with the organization.
o Good command of English
