Job Description
1. Work with line leadership to understand the business and talent pressures in order to identify individual and organizational capability gaps.
2. Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning and development (DnT) solutions so that the business strategy and objectives can be achieved.
3. Ensure the alignment of goals and objectives of the DnT solutions with the goals and needs of individuals and business to maximize individual and organizational performance.
4. Diagnose and solve individual and organizational performance issues so that the individuals and organizations can achieve their desired performance and growth levels.
5. Identify capability gaps in employees and manages and propose learning and development solutions to close the gaps and drive performance, development, engagement and retention.
6. Drive talent development processes (individual development plan, career planning, etc.) to ensure that employees’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future needs.
7. Drive the implementation of learning management system (LMS), platforms, tools and processes to foster learning and high-performance culture.
8. Provide data-driven people and organizational insights so that line leadership team can make informed talent and capability development decisions.
9. Act as a trusted advisor on performance and capability development matters to line leadership so that they are empowered to deal with employee performance and career development issues.
10. Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Community of Practices to deliver great employee and manager experience of DnT services.
11. Monitor and manage DnT budget to achieve cost effectiveness of DnT solution implementation.
12. Stay current with the industry and field trends so that best practices can be adopted into company practices.
Job Requirements
1. Education: At least Bachelor's degree (Master’s is preferred) in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
2. Experiences:
o 8-10 years of work experience in the field of human resource management, preferably 2 or 3 years working in a HR-business partnership model.
o Work experience in private sector, preferably in FMCG, supply chain management or manufacturing
o Experience in using LMS or other learning-related systems
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Deep expertise in business acumen, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness and data analysis
o Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including talent development, performance management, organizational development, and etc.
o People skills (broad understanding of human behaviors, motives and/or practical psychology)
o Relationship building,
