Job Summary
The overall role of Manager, Finance Support Services is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support across various functions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with different functions to ensure operational efficiency and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as a liaison between finance and other functions to ensure operational efficiency.
2. Work closely with other functions to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
3. Prepare and analyze financial-related reports to provide actionable insights for decision-making across functions.
4. Support financial aspects of cross-functions projects.
5. Ensure sufficient monitoring report for finance operational efficiency and control.
6. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data.

Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
o CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
2. Experiences:
o At least 2 - 4 years of experiences in master data management, contract management and related field.
o Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory roles.
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Proficiency in data management tools
o Strong analytical and problem solving
o Good verbal and written communication
o Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate the collaboration across diverse team and all functions.
o Ability to adopt to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple tasks.
o Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and manage and manage a team effectively.
