Job Summary
The overall roles of Officer, Procurement are to source vendors, assist in managing stocks of raw materials and do general shopping to support operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of specifications of raw materials and other goods in collaboration with relevant function to determine the requirements and quantities of raw materials to implement production.
2. Sorting out problems with raw material stock in a timely manner to ensure that the company has enough raw materials to run production.
3. Check the actual delivery of raw materials against the plan to ensure the correct amount and prevent costly defects.
4. Preparing Purchase Request and Purchase Orders including placing Purchase Orders to the suppliers.
5. Conducting a stock count of supplier’s materials to verify the purchased amounts and identify lost or damaged items, when necessary.
6. Taking corrective action and solving problems with vendors when the specifications of the supplied products or services mismatch agreed specifications or requirements.
7. Msaintaining and reviewing records of items bought, costs, services after sales, and product performance to ensure that the product is purchased as intended.
8. Negotiating the best possible procurement terms with vendors to ensure the company obtains the best commercial advantage possible
9. Prepare cash advance requests when necessary and settle the cash advance
10. Coordinate with Finance to proceed payment to suppliers in a timely manner
11. Producing POs, place POs, and generate goods receipts in the system to close the purchasing cycle including preparing an expense report
12. Be able shopping for other items as requested
Job Requirements

1. Hold cash and clear the cash after expense is made.
2. Often travel between the factory and the office and travel to do shopping at local markets
Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Accounting, Business Administration or Finance or related fields
2. Experiences:
o At least 1 year of experience in procurement of raw materials and doing shopping.
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Competence in managing stock, good at numerical skills, excellent negotiation skills, communication skills, problem-solving, integrity, honesty, and a great team player.
o Good command of English and Khmer
o Ability to operate a package of advanced MS Office.
