• Ensure that equipment’s are maintained in good & safe working conditions.
• Learn all field related to production functions and serves as their back up in case of absence.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader and/or Production Supervisor.
• Assist in trials, installation/commissioning of equipment, size changeovers.
• Startup and operate responsible equipment/machine(s) with correct recipe.
• Implement safety, 5S and GMP program
• Carry out BEC and preventive maintenance to ensure the responsible equipment/machine(s) is always ready to run at high efficiency
• Embed “Act like Owner” and “Help to Sell” culture
• Report daily matter to make sure operation running smoothly by Identify root cause with excellent solution and troubleshooting
• Take action quickly to fix machines in cases of malfunctions and report machinery faults immediately to utility section to repair
• Keep the production area cleanness and Good working environment.
• Report daily consumption and material balance of packaging materials, raw materials, energy and water… etc.
• Minimize waste and initiate improvement idea(s)
