Job Summary
The overall role of Supervisor, Sales Administration is to offer direct assistance to the sales team by providing reports and insights, facilitating administrative tasks, controlling processes, and automating functions, all aimed at enhancing sales performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze sales data and reports that provide key information, such as sales trend, KPI achievement, team performance, and communicate this to relevant sales teams and managers to facilitate effective decision-making.
2. Verify and check the gratis settlements for incentivized (Display, Exclusive, Incentive) customers to ensure that mutual agreements are properly executed.
3. Develop SOPs and monitor the implementation of sales SOP to ensure ISOs requirements are met and sales process are organized and efficient.
4. Monitor Sales Effectiveness (on POSM and Gratis agreement) to ensure on-time delivery to the customers and its effectiveness.
5. Consolidate Annual Business Activity Plan, and update balance of Annual Budget Plan to ensure alignment with business goals and resource allocation.
6. Work closely with other functions such as ICT to automate and digitalize sales processes to improve data accuracy and data reporting.
7. Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Success Factors
1. Periodically developing customers master list requires high coordination skills in order to ensure that customers’ profiles are correctly up-to-date from sales team
2. Releasing gratis and incentive settlement to customers and staff requires effective and sufficient mechanisms to ensure that the settlements released are as the results KPIs evaluation
3. Ensuring effective SOP implementation requires broad knowledge of sales SOPs and get familiar with all procedures and forms required by ISO
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1. Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field of study
2. Experiences:
o Possess professional experience at least 2 years in sales, preferably in FMCG or trading
o Experiences in data management and sales dashboard report with deep understanding in sales
3. Skills and knowledge:
o Demonstrate good communication, coaching and presentation skill
o Demonstrate good command of both English and Khmer
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project)
o Ability to learn and use new technologies
