Job Description

Job Summary:
The overall role of Supervisor, Talent Acquisition is to execute recruitment plan and selection procedures to ensure the best fit talents are recruited on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and execute day to day recruitment to ensure that potential talents are appropriately assessed and selected followed by the business requirements for each respective vacancy within agreed timeframe.
2. Assist Manager, Group Human Resources in developing and implementing talent toolkits such as talent planning, identifications and assessment that supports current business needs and anticipate future’s talent needs.
3. Propose and implement talent pool initiatives such as job fair, walk-in interview, workshop and other talent engagement activities both off-line and virtual platforms to promote employer branding and attract highly potential candidates
4. Work closely with hiring managers to perform onboarding program to ensure that inductions are effectively conducted and new staff is appropriately integrated from early start.
5. Collect and consolidate compensation and benefits data from candidate interviews and inform best practices that could be adopted for consideration
6. Assist in revising or updating SOP, HR policies, guideline and procedures to align with company culture and core values
7. Acquire and maintain all necessary documents from employees (CV, academic and employment records, national ID, family book, guarantee letter, medical health checkup, employee book etc…)
8. Other talks assigned by superiors

2. Demonstrate ability to recruit many candidates on time under pressure and tough deadlines

Job Requirements
1. Education:
- At least Bachelor's degree (Master’s is preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related fields

2. Experiences:
- 5 years of work experience in the field of human resource management, preferably 2 or 3 years working in recruitment
- Work experience in private sector, preferably in FMCG, supply chain management or manufacturing
- Experience in using HRMS/SAP or other HR-related systems

3. Skills and knowledge:
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Have a good understanding of business needs

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
