Job Description

1. Plan and monitor daily maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and at required standards.
2. Conduct property inspections and report findings to the Technical Engineer.
3. Assign and supervise work of Handymen and contractors for repair, replacement, and upkeep tasks.
4. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for common facilities, utilities, and equipment.
5. Assist in budget planning for maintenance needs, including tools, spare parts, and materials.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
7. Respond to urgent repair requests and coordinate quick solutions.
8. Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation for management review.
9. Liaise with the Property Management team to support resident service requests.
10. Support the Technical Engineer in contractor evaluation and quality assurance.
11. Any duties have been assigned by Technical Engineer / Superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years in property/facility maintenance or engineering, including supervisory responsibility.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, civil works).
• Leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
