Job Description

1. Monitor and oversee the daily operations of condominium facilities, including common areas, utilities, and amenities.
2. Receive, log, and respond to resident service requests related to facility maintenance.
3. Coordinate with Technical, Security, Housekeeping, and Landscaping teams for timely issue resolution.
4. Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
5. Supervise external service providers (e.g., elevator, HVAC, pest control) and verify completed works.
6. Assist Customer Service Team Leader in managing resident communications regarding facility policies and services.
7. Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and resident feedback.
8. Ensure compliance with property management standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
9. Support emergency response procedures, evacuations, and incident reporting.
10. Promote resident satisfaction through proactive facility management and problem-solving.
11. Any duties have been assigned by Customer Service Team Leader / Superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property, facility, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, elevators, utilities) and preventive maintenance.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including contractors and residents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software preferred.
• Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency an advantage.
