IMPORT/EXPORT OPERATION

Job Description

• Documentation checking and preparing (INV, PKL, BL, R/O, C/O).
• Prepare and handle all documents necessary and pass to clearance team.
• Co-ordinate with customers, carriers, trucking, and clearance team.
• Booking truck for shipment
• Follow up shipments with local and oversea agents.
• Close shipment file.
• Report shipment to superiors.
