Job Description

• Provides timely professional service to customers
• Provides excellent service to customer by listening to customer inquiries and requests.
• Estimates cost and completion time for fixing new accessories.
• Builds productive working relationships and clear communication.
• Stock inventory customer, Process in and out
• Support picking parts for workshop and clean warehouse tidy
• Keep up to date on Ford products and competitor product.

Job Requirements

• Teamwork, Service orientation, Concern for accuracy and details, Organizational
• Computer (word, Excel….)
• Minimum of technical school degree
• Bachelor degree in automotive or any and valid driving license
• English Knowledge is essential and knowledge of computer application
• 1 to 2 year experiences similar filed
