Job Description
– Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company and Changan brand objectives.
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Changan vehicles.
– Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.
– Lead, coach, and motivate sales consultants to maximize individual and team performance.
– Ensure sales team complies with company policies and sales processes.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive.
- At least 2–3 years in a sales management or supervisory role.
- Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Experience with automotive brands or dealership operations is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of automotive market trends and customer behavior.
