Job Description

1-Developing and Implementing Strategy: Create, develop, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract customers and meet the hotel’s revenue objectives.
2-Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the latest trends, customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
3-Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while seeking out and securing new clients.
4-Sales Promotions: Plan and oversee sales promotional activities and events, particularly during off-peak times.
5-Budget Management: Develop and manage the department’s budget, monitoring spending and ensuring a good return on investment.
6-Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing and promotional materials align with the hotel’s brand image.
7-Public Relations: Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences and maintain good relations with the media.
