Job Description

• Study the working process of all HR Functions
• Work with HR team and vendor on system requirements.
• Conduct data entry and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as the liaison between users and developers.
• Identify and resolve system issues promptly.
• Provide training to all HR members and related departments on system usage.
• Maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides and process manuals.
• Provide insights through data analysis and interpretation of HR metrics
• Collaborate with HR, IT teams and vendors to optimize HRIS functionality and streamline HR processes
• Collaborate with HRIS vendors to address system issues, implement updates, and optimize performance or enhancement as needed
