Job Description
Reporting Line: Head of Lubricants
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct.
– Own assigned sales targets and deliver results.
– Translate Lubricants Business Strategy into actionable plans in his/her area.
– Recruit new dealers to replace inactive ones.
– Partner with dealers on annual business plans to meet sales objectives.
– Manage key dealer performance and support secondary sales channel development.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
– Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and payment collection for alignment with objectives.
– Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and engagement.
– Work with technical teams to provide dealer training and support.
– Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
– Attend team meetings and related training sessions.
– Report and collaborate with management and legal teams to combat counterfeit and smuggled products.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (lubricants industry preferred)
- Proficient in Khmer & English
- Valid driving license
