Job Description
Reporting Line: VP – Engineering Retail Development
Key Responsibilities:
– Know, respect and ensure compliance with the Company Code of Conduct.
– Ensure efficient compliance with HSE policy, Group standards, procedures, and local regulations.
– Promote safety culture and enforce site safety
– Share affiliate roadmap and team objectives; provide regular updates to Engineering Team.
– Lead Engineering Team (Design, Project, Maintenance) for retail stations, consumer sites, and head office.
– Observe and recommend training for engineers to improve daily work.
– Set and track improvement goals (technical and soft skills) for each team member.
– Provide regular feedback and use Positive Feedback tool to suggest improvements.
– Conduct monthly Engineering Team meetings to brainstorm and improve work efficiency.
– Ensure timely project completion, handover, documentation, asset control, and sign-off.
– Collaborate with Retail and B2B teams for timely project planning and liquidation.
– Monitor budgets to avoid overruns and ensure full liquidation.
– Develop preventive maintenance programs and outsource
– Integrate sustainability actions into new and existing projects.
– Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to align technical and HSE programs with Group and local regulations.
– Assist VP Engineering Retail Development in planning annual and major projects.
– Submit monthly progress reports to VP Engineering Retail Development on construction, maintenance, and budget status.
– Handle cross-functional tasks and special projects within Operations as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Master Degree of Engineering field
- Level of experience required for the position : Minimum 5 Years Experience in Construction Maintenance, Supervisory or team leadership experience, Project management and budget control, Familiarity with safety, environmental, and quality
regulation relevant.
- Technical skills required for the position: Engineering, MEP, AutoCAD Drawing 2D-3D & SketchUp, MS Office & MS Project
