Job Description

The CRM Officer plays a key role in making sure every customer feels supported, informed, and valued. This role bridges service delivery and customer experience. * Key Responsibilities
● Maintain up-to-date client records, service logs, and communication history using our CRM system.
● Build and automate follow-up messages for key service milestones (like job completion, renewals, or feedback).
● Coordinate across departments (Operations, Admin, Marketing) to ensure consistent and timely communication to clients.
● Track customer satisfaction, identify service gaps, and flag clients who may be at risk of leaving.
● Support onboarding of new clients with welcome packs, reminders, and smooth handovers.
● Generate weekly and monthly reports on client engagement, retention, and feedback.
