Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition at Tunsai, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring the right talent across both operational and back-office functions. From frontline technicians and laborers to administrative and support functions. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from job posting and screening to onboarding and documentation ensure each role is filled with capable and value-aligned individuals, while building a solid talent pipeline that supports future workforce needs.

* Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for both fields (technicians, cleaners, laborers) and back-office roles (admin, finance, HR, etc.).
● Post job openings, screen CVs, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
● Collaborate with Operations and all support departments to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
● Conduct interviews, assist with candidate evaluations, and support pre-employment checks.
● Prepare and issue offer letters, gather hiring documents, and lead onboarding coordination.
● Build and maintain talent pipelines by networking with schools, technical institutions, and industry platforms.
● Attend job fairs and recruitment events to strengthen company visibility and candidate reach.
● Keep recruitment databases and masterlists accurate and up to date.
● Ensure timely weekly and monthly reporting of hiring progress and candidate status.
● Provide clear communication and guidance to candidates, ensuring a smooth experience.
● Maintain high confidentiality, data accuracy, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
● Assist in additional HR and recruitment support tasks as assigned.
