Job Description
– Set sales strategies to achieve the sales target of dealers / projects customer as assigned
– Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels
– Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory
– Develop and build strong business relationship with prospective customers in various
channels as assigned to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and
satisfaction.
– Analyze root cause of each area and recommend suggestions to improve sales target
– Analyze on market situation and competitor activities
– Monitor record, analyses and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to sales activities.
– Sales and performance analysis, identify growth trends, opportunities and area of
weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions
– Real estate , Hotels , F&B, Sales of Products,
– Other duties may be assigned as required.
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree related to position
- Experiences in sales and marketing and at least 8-year experiences
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Proven sales experience
- Knowledge of customer demographics and ability to analyses customers behavior
- Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Be patient, friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and willing to work alone or as a
Team
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
