– Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal SOPs.
– Supervise and coach teams to maintain high operational standards.
– Oversee documentation accuracy (BLs, AWBs, customs entries, etc.).
– Negotiate competitive rates and solutions with carriers and logistics partners.
– Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to expand service offerings.
– Support strategic growth initiatives.
– Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
– Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.
– Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
– Coach and develop staffs to improve performance and retention.
– Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and team-building efforts.
