Customer Service Supervisor

Job Description

– Manage and oversee daily operations related to air and ocean freight, including customs clearance.
– Supervise operations team to ensure workflow is smooth, efficient, and compliant with internal SOPs and external regulations.
– Monitor, verify, and improve performance of team members, conduct coaching and performance evaluations.
– Ensure accurate and timely documentation: shipping instructions, BLs, AWBs, customs entries, etc.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and implement corrective actions.
– Handle rate negotiations with carriers (airlines/shipping lines) and ensure competitive pricing.
