Senior Customer Service Executive

Job Description

– Handle full-cycle sea freight operations (A to Z) for import/export shipments.
– Coordinate booking receipt, documentation, shipment tracking, and release at destination.
– Submit compliance filings such as AMS, ISF, eManifest for USA and Canada shipments.
– Ensure timely and accurate data entry into global systems.
– Collaborate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations. giving new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team
– Comply with Company policy
– Other Tasks assigned by direct line report
