Sale Manager – Urgently
Job Description
-Receive and confirm orders through communication with the US sales subsidiary.
-Develop production and shipping plans and input them into the order management system (OMS).
-Ensure on-time delivery and manage lead times.
-Track sales and inventory for US distributors.
-Manage the sales performance of new product launches to ensure targets are met.
-Conduct regular cost analysis and margin checks for existing products.
-Assist in setting sales prices for new products based on cost and margin analysis.
-Support product development tailored to specific channels and communicate with the US sales subsidiary.
-Hold regular meetings with the US sales team to resolve issues and improve processes.
-Lead, train, and evaluate team performance, providing clear guidelines and feedback.
-Enhance teamwork and communication within the department and across functions.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
-At least 5 years of experience in overseas sales support or supply chain management.
-Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience.
-Strong proficiency in MS Office.
-Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) and English.
