1. Maintaining all computers and electronic devices.
2. Creating school email for each staff member.
3. Assisting teachers, and staff on all IT subject matters.
4. Maintaining and provisioning Active Directory, Google Domain, and SIS, user accounts,
computer accounts
5. Accurate records (Audit, Technical Documents)
6. Managing Projects such as the rollout of new hardware, software, and construction of new
facilities
7. Managing Procurement process for ICT infrastructure equipment and software
8. Develop budgets in conjunction with ICT infrastructure equipment and software
9. Lead team to develop new systems/solutions
10. Manages the security of the IT infrastructure and intellectual property.
11. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
12. Monitors the IT help desk issues in a timely manner.
13. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
14. Technical documentation of procedures that can be used by other employees to do the job.
15. Provide technical training to all IT technical staff.
16. Coming up with IT solutions to fix a company’s problems.
17. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
18. Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
19. Suggest test and evaluate new technology that is relevant to the school.
20. Manage other technical tasks, projects assigned by the IT Manager.
21. “Keep the lights on”. Lead infrastructure cybersecurity support for business and EdTech solutions.
22. Activate DRP and BCP in the event of disaster for IT Infrastructure.
23. Develop and maintain the organisation’s enterprise security architecture and IT security policies and procedures.
24. Develop and enforce the organisation’s infrastructure cybersecurity standards.
25. Maintain user authorization in all systems.
26. Cybersecurity monitoring with realtime and historical data..
27. Overseeing cybersecurity for network infrastructure and systems functionality
28. Oversee data backup and system security operations
29. Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software from a security standpoint.
30. Resolve security issues escalated by technicians and engineers
31. Performing both internal and external security audits
32. Analyzing security breaches to identify the root cause
33. Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements
34. Monitoring network traffic to detect potential threats and then responding to these threats promptly.
35. Manage implementation of cybersecurity infrastructure projects.
36. Lead design of cybersecurity infrastructure architecture.
37. Lead new cybersecurity infrastructure technology evaluation.
38. Rollout cybersecurity infrastructure for business application.
39. Responsible for identifying and exploring cybersecurity technology that can create efficiency for operations and drive cost optimization.
40. Responsible for identifying cybersecurity trend and approach to secure the organisation against cyber threats.
Job Requirements
o The IT Officer typically possesses an educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science
or any related field. She/he must have experience in information technology and duties for at least 4 years.
Native speaker levels of English.
Requirements:
The role requires at least 4 years of experience, the candidate should have good IT skills and should be able to lead
technical staff, as well as the following:
A. Good speaking, listening and reading proficiency of English. All aspects of the job will require this.

D. Strong attention to detail
E. Recent criminal police record check certificate.
