– Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, clients, or visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
-Answer phone calls, handle email correspondence, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-Direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments or individuals.
-Schedule and manage appointments or meetings, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
-Track and order office supplies or amenities as needed, ensuring that the front desk is well-stocked.
