– Convince customer to make prepayment as much as we can
– Price concern / Bidding / Price review / Promotion
– Agreement (SLA) / Contract renewal
– Loyalty upgrade speed process
– Move account from Online to IH / from IH to Online
– Migration / C location
– Testing speed
– Change service plan from PPPoE to IP Port / from IP Port to PPPoE
– Backup link
– Equipment / CPE……. etc
– IP Static / China
– Re-activate
– Compensation request
– Technical concern – Assist and pass to TS for checking as soon as possible
• Daily activities report
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• A minimum of 1 year of Customer Relation, Customer Service, Sales or other related.
