• Establish and manage the customer relationship platform: Plan, develop, maintain, and improve customer relationships; manage customer expectations and improve customer satisfaction; establish a win-win partnership with customers.
• Promoter of customers’ business success: Understand customers’ pain points in strategies, business, and networks. Identify, influence, and resolve customers’ requirements, provide solutions, and help customers achieve business success.
• Leader of sales projects: As the leader/core member of the project team, cultivate the market, seize opportunities, and achieve project objectives through effective project operations.
• Responsible for E2E transaction quality: Be responsible for E2E transaction and operation management of projects, align with transaction quality, and effectively achieve business goals.

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus
2. Require related work experience
3. Bachelor's degree or master's degree
4. Major in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, International Relation, Communications, Electronics, Computer Science or other relevant major would be preferred.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.
6. Have pursuits and dreams and recognize the culture of dedication.
