Supply and Demand Planning Supervisor

+ Procurement:
– Coordinate and oversee the procurement of local materials in alignment with production schedules.
– Define Stock covered day for core materials.
– Define MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and ROP (Re-order Point) with demand.
+ Supply Planning:
– Develop rolling material supply planning with production for efficiency.
– Monitors and adjusts plans as needed.
– Ensures optimal stock quantities and manages inventory levels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's / master’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Distribution Center / Warehouse / Supply Chain & Logistics Management preferably within FMCG/Beverage industry.
- Strong Analytical, Planning & Organizing, Information Systems and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Understand logistics, inventory management, and production planning concepts.
- Understand logistics operation and sales operation.
- Very good computer skill (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good command of English language (spoken and written).
