Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead on-site teams and ensure smooth execution of daily cleaning and maintenance services. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, monitor quality, and coordinate directly with the Operations Manager and COO for reporting and project delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader with project management ability, attention to detail, and strong people skills who wants to grow into higher leadership at Tunsai.

Job Responsibilities
– Supervise and support cleaning and maintenance teams at assigned sites.
– Implement and monitor daily work schedules and operational tasks.
– Manage equipment usage, site resources, and ensure timely reporting to Operations Manager/COO.
– Conduct regular quality checks and enforce health & safety compliance.
– Act as first point of contact for client feedback and escalate major issues appropriately.
– Support site-level project work such as minor renovations, equipment maintenance, and uplift tasks.
