• Welcome all customers who visit the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain monthly performance in line with assigned sales targets.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and provide clear product explanations.
• Ensure all display vehicles in the showroom are kept clean at all times.
• Conduct daily customer outreach calls as part of your sales activities.
• Prepare and submit a daily report on customer negotiation progress to the Sales Manager/General Manager.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports, including updates on ongoing deals and potential customers, to the Sales Manager/General Manager.
• Regularly update individual customer profiles and submit them to the Sales Manager/General Manager on a weekly basis.
• Monitor and report on market trends and competitors’ activities to the manager.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to support long-term business opportunities.
• Represent and promote a positive brand image of the company and its products in the market.
• Report customer feedback gathered from showroom visits on a weekly basis.
• Support colleagues and collaborate as needed to achieve team goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
• Strong computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong results-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor, with an attractive fit for the luxury industry.
